The NSS department plays very crucial role in character building of students. Through the different social and cultural activities the department recognizes the hidden qualities of the students. The department also encourages the students to participate in various competitions organized by university. The NSS Volunteer in the college was selected for ten days training in State Level Camp like Disaster Management and Some volunteers were selected for district level disaster management camp. The NSS Department added to the reputation of the college.

Through the cultural department of our college, students have won many prizes by performing spectacularly in Essay, Speech, Rhetoric, Debate Competitions at District, University, State Level and National Level. Yuva Spandan, a fun and enlightening program is being implemented on behalf of the Cultural Department by discontinuing traditional outdated expensive and troublesome programs like gathering. Our institution has created a distinct place in the field of sports. We feel proud to mention that our institute and Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University jointly organized West Zone Inter University Table Tennis Men Tournament and 5 Km State Level Cross Country Marathon. The student of this college has participated in Kho-kho International Tournament and also winner in the west zone tournament. The number of players of this college has qualified for All India Inter University Tournament. The Sports Department is active in the college and has achieved special excellence by participating in various competitions at the Central Zone, C Zone, Regional, State, National and International level. Also, on behalf of the college, various sports tournaments were organized at Central Zone, C Zone, and State Level. The students of the college have won numerous gold, silver and bronze medals and trophies in various sports at Central Zone, University, State and National Level. The Institution distinctively supports the rural students to get the opportunity to fly high in the field of Sports and Games.

Realizing the steps of the new era and its own responsibility, the college has sent various proposals to the University Grants Commission. Ambitious project has been undertaken to provide computerized library to the students along with internet facility. Along with this, many schemes are being implemented regarding Soft Skill Development, Personality Development, Music, Art, Sports.

A Competitive Examination Guidance Cell and a suitable Library have been set up in the college for the students who want to pursue their career in the competitive examination. Also, a well-equipped Computer Lab has been created for the purpose of imparting computer knowledge to the students of the college.

During the last 50 years, H.G.P. Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Pansare Mahavidyalaya, Arjapur has produced many young talented students. These students now settled in different fields and serving the society.

The institution is continuously trying to maintain and enhance the quality education. The active and functional Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the college monitors the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities at college campus and gives constructive suggestions for continuous improvement. Our college provides the basic infrastructure facilities to our students.
