Code of Conduct (Teaching Staff)

  • Every Teaching faculty shall discharge their duties efficiently and will follow the academic standards and performance norms laid down by the Institute from time to time.
  • Every Teaching faculty shall update their professionally for the proper discharge of duties assigned to them.
  • Every Teaching faculty shall behave with absolute dignity and pride.
  • Teaching faculty shall not remain absent from duties at any time without prior permission from higher authorities.
  • teaching faculty shall not associate with which is not in-line with the duties and ethics of the teaching profession.
  • Teaching faculty shall not act in any manner that violates the norms of decency or morality in their conduct or behavior inside and outside the College Campus.
  • Teaching staff employed in the Institute shall not engage or participate in any activity which is anti- secular or which tends to create disharmony in society.
  • Every Teaching staff shall devote their time and their best efforts for the progress of the Institution.
  • Staff members must attend all functions of the college as per the instructions of coordinators and Head of the respective departments.
  • The staff should take care of slow learner students and pay special attention to their needs in remedial coaching classes.
  • The staff should use ICT tools for effective teaching methods.
  • Teaching Staff shall not be partial in assessment of student’s performance.

Code of Conduct (Students)

  • Student must strictly follow the disciplinary rules and regulations of the Institution.
  • Every student must carry College Identity card every day in College premises.
  • Students shall follow ethical and moral principles such as politeness in behaviour, honesty and moral character.
  • Students shall treat everyone with mutual respect in classroom and college premises.
  • Students must wear college uniform regularly in college premises.
  • Student should not use their mobile phones in classroom.
  • Student should have at least 75% attendance in the lectures of each subject.
  • The students shall develop ability to have self-restraint.
  • Mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the exam hall during the examination. Loss or theft of mobiles, valuables and other belongings are at students’ risk.
  • Students are prohibited from indulging in anti-institutional, anti-national, antisocial, communal, immoral or political expressions and activities within the Campus.
  • Action to Be taken against students indulging in ragging as per the (The Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999, Modification Aug. 2012)
  • Smoking, Chewing and Splitting tobacco products, consumptions of Alcohol/Narcotic drugs is strictly prohibited in the college premises.

Code of Conduct (Non-Teaching Staff)

  • All staff members in the institute shall discharge their duties efficiently and diligently.
  • Staff members in the Institution shall not remain absent in their duties without prior permission except in emergency case.
  • Be affectionate to the students and not behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.
  • Staff members of the institution shall not engage them in any activity which is anti-secular or which tends to create disharmony in society.
  • No staff members in the Institute shall indulge in any criticism of the policies of the Government either directly or indirectly or participate in activities which bring disrepute to the Government
  • Staff members should take additional responsibilities if required as assigned by the Principal.
